Pizza anyone?

So, Lindsey has an incredible talent at making pizza. She worked for Papa Murphy's on and off for 5 years and got to be very good at it. She has shown off her pizza skillz here at our home on numerous occasions, except not really yet for any visitors, except for John and Bre when they were living with us last summer and who gave us a better dough recipe.

To give you an idea of how good she is, she can braid the crust to look like something out of a gourmet magazine. Here is the latest creation from this evening's meal (before viewing, please sit back from your computer a safe distance so as to not drool on your keyboard or monitor ;) ) :

Needless to say, I have always been impressed by her pizza-making ability. She can also make Mexican pizza and chicken parmesan pizza.

BEEE-UUUUUUTiful! So, when are you inviting us over for dinner? :)

Oh, and our favorite topping on a pizza is goat cheese and pesto. Use red sauce on the bottom, a little bit of mozzerella, break up the goat cheese and sprinkle it on. We'll add mushrooms and sometimes olive and then when the pizza is almost cooked. I spoon the pesto on. Yum!

Hey! You guys have made pizza for us! And now I hardly ever buy take-out pizza, cuz she taught me how to make mine so yummy! (but mine certainly don't look that good!)

Wow, well if she needs to share her talent with anyone, I'd be willing to be her guiney pig. =) =) And I've gotta learn how to make that dough and crust. Aaron's family has a pizza making contest every family reunion and we always loose in that catagory.
